Data controller
The data controller is Sentrel Handelsbolag. The company's registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) is in progress, and the registration number will be added here once it is complete. Contact us at [email protected].
What data we process
When you use the booking form, we may process name, email address, phone number, company name, number of employees and the message you write. We also process technical data that is normally created in the web server logs, such as IP address and timestamp.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to respond to inquiries, book meetings and provide information about our services. The processing takes place to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, or based on our legitimate interest in handling incoming business inquiries. The form asks you to confirm that you have read this policy.
How the form works
When you submit the form, the data is transferred through the Web3Forms service, which forwards it to our email at Microsoft 365. Web3Forms runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). According to Web3Forms, submitted data and server logs may be kept with them for a limited time before deletion, and processing may take place outside the EU/EEA.
Sharing and storage
We only share data with the providers needed to run the website and handle email, or when required by law. These are Cloudflare (network and security for the website, processing data such as IP addresses), Web3Forms (transfer of form data) and Microsoft (email via Microsoft 365). If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is done in line with the GDPR rules on transfers to third countries. We keep a request for as long as needed to handle the contact, and after that normally no longer than 12 months, unless it leads to a customer relationship or another legal storage obligation. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and in some cases restriction of processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent by contacting us. We normally respond within one month to a rights request. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se. This policy is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and supplementary Swedish data protection legislation.
